We offer a flat rate of $4.99 on orders $49.99 or less, and free shipping on orders $50 or more to the contagious US. Flat rate and free shipping is offered through the USPS Ground service. We offer regular shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and US territories through USPS, UPS, and FedEx (where available).

Returns

We want you to love and recommend every Green Sprouts product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return a product* for any reason, we will happily exchange the item or refund your purchase within ninety (90) days of the original purchase, for all unworn or unused product*. Green Sprouts will cover the cost of the return shipping label for all orders returned/exchanged within ninety (90) days. 

*Reusable face masks and any products marked as 'Sale' are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or have price adjustments.

Replacements or exchanges cannot be shipped to international addresses. We're sorry for the inconvenience. 

If it has been longer than ninety (90) days since your original purchase, you received the item as a gift, or purchased from one of our retailers, we will provide you with a website credit for the current selling price of the item.

All green sprouts products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Damage due to normal wear and tear will not be refunded.

Shipping Issues

Regular online orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped within 3-5 business days; expedited shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note, USPS is experiencing operational delays and your order may arrive later than expected despite selecting an expedited shipping option. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame suggested by USPS, please contact USPS directly for assistance. Green Sprouts is not responsible for replacing orders if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete. Sale items are excluded from all other discounts and offers. All Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or have price adjustments.
